From the moment I walk in, I am greeted by the refreshing sounds of the waterfall and the warm smile of Carianna’s assistant who greets me. I love that I am not just a number to hurry through a haircut and style or other services. I was treated as an individual- as a person who matters. The questions that I was asked were intelligent and thoughtful. Was I satisfied with my current style? What would I like to change? Had I ever considered this….?
