Public Groups are visible to all visitors to the community website and are listed on the home page. While most of the content in Public Groups should be made visible to everyone, some content can be made visible only to subscribers.
Private Groups are only visible to subscribers. While most of the content in Private Groups is visible only to subscribers, some content can be made visible to everyone visiting the group's site.
